In 2017-2018 Gary was a Director on the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV): Westside Vancouver Division. He contributed to the governance over policies that would best serve the public and their interest.
Known for his creative, unconventional and outside of the box marketing methods, he is paving the way for a new standard in the industry.

Most people will not be able to retire based on their current financial situation. Generally, there are 3 ways to build wealth: Businesses, Stocks, & Real Estate.
Business – 90% of businesses fail in their first 5 years. Those that survive, another 90% of them fail in the next 5 years. So 1% of businesses survive
past 10 years.

There’s a lack of quality marketing in the luxury real estate marketing space. We observed luxury properties selling even with minimal marketing. Imagine how much more the same property could sell for and how much faster it could sell for if it incorporated premium marketing techniques and strategies.
We also saw the same problem with non-luxury properties being listed. Just because the listing is lower priced doesn’t mean it should be marketed poorly.

Besides implementing a strong marketing strategy, there are other strategies at play to determine whether a home can be sold quickly and for top dollar.
These factors include Pricing, Salesmanship, Follow Up, Negotiation, etc… and we’ve observed that these strategies weren’t executed very well.
